has anyone used acupuncture to assist in quiting smoking??
i have tryed hypnosis, chantix, gum, patches, cold turkey. I am in the medical field and am rather ashamed to admit that i believe alternitive treatment may work better
It worked for me 100%
But I wanted it to work - that along with the return therapy visits (about 5 to 7 times) did the trick.
I also found he was able to help me with another problem I was having that Western dr.s had not been able to help me with. It really is an amazing medical practice.

My recommendation is hypnotherapy. It worked for me I haven’t smoked for over a year now. Acupunture may work but didn’t for me as I still wanted to smoke and got sick of rubbing my ear where the stud needle thing was.
