Acupunture? Am I doing it right?

I heard that Acupuncture can help you quit smoking… I add a needle every-time I crave a smoke,, it does not seem to be helping.

Am I doing it right?

Here's my pic.

Use bigger needles!
I've heard this too but it didn't help me either. Try hitting your hand with a big hammer each time you want a smoke. Of course when the pain ends you still want one and you still have the sore hand.
I have tried everything to quit and have not found anything that works. The gum, pills, hypnosis, acupuncture, all of it and still smoke.
I don't know if there is a sure cure. Maybe you are needling the wrong end!

LOL. Maybe larger needles are what you need, actually forget the needles and move up to railroad ties, Jk.
