Over the past few months I have been partying hard. Possibly a little too much, I have noticed I am experiencing some minor health problems. Nothing too serious but im realizing its time to slow it down. I dont have a drug test or anything of the sort. I just want some easy and healthy ideas of things to eat and drink that will help flush out everything in my body and get me started to a better track. Also during this time i am going to try and quit or significantly decrease my amount of smoking. Ideas on how to decrease nicotine cravings? Im trying to keep it natural, no patches or gums or detox drinks.
When I would want a cigarette, I would mouth breath until the desire went away. It worked, my Husband and I both quit cold turkey. No crutches.
Will power is what you use. Crutches are just something to blame if you haven't got will power. You can do it yourself.

Start walking, lay out a one to two mile walk and work up to
"Brisk". Do this every day and it will help occupy your mind.
