My question is. I am 24 I smoked for several years. I quit about a month ago. I do have an occasionly snuff, something I have always done. My question is that my lungs feel like they have mucus in them and my throat too. Its been about 3 weeks since my last smoke. Is there anything I can do to get the mucus out of my throat - lungs. And will I still get side effects from quitting smoking even though I use chewing tobacco sometimes? Thanks
Some of that could be the side effects from smoking. I have a friend who is a Tobacco Treatment Specialist his website is http://www.tjsays.com he also has an email address there if I remember correctly it is tj@tjsays.com as well as a forum page http://www.forum.BESOCHEMPS.com I'm sure he may be able to help you with your question

That is from quitting. It should go away after it clears itself from your system.
