yea hoodia isn't a stimulant so therefore there is nothing in it that will counteract with taking the patch. If you feel like you don't want to take the pills anymore because you notice something irregular, then stop. But it can't harm you. Hoodia is natural and probably the safest dietary supplement out there. Is it effective, that I cannot tell you.
Does anyone know if there are any side effects for taking hoodia pills while wearing a patch to quit smoking?

Stroke ( CVA ) would be the worst case scenario and it is possible. Get a self hypnosis CD to quit smoking and be rid of the nicotine…. Stop hoodia and other stimulants…. join weight watchers on line and a gym and don't risk the stroke
