I would like to buy a stop smoking patch.
there is one being sold for $50 US all natural for one month supply.
is it too expensive?
Yes!
It is too expensive.
It is a money flushed down the toilet.
If you are really serious in the giving up business, do not buy any of this cheating toys.
Nicotine is no food or drink your body really needs.
Just give up.
If you are as strong as you think you are, prove it to your self.
Trust me it is not that hard.
I am a fragile old woman and I can start and stop any time.
Can You?
The much bigger problem is the alcohol.
That is the sh!t I can't stop.
Can you help ME?

I bought the chewing gum, not the patches and it was $40 for a month's supply. They were on sale and I believe that most of the products were normally $50 and up. So it sounds about right. I know it's expensive, but if it works for you then it's worth it. Just think of it being about the same price as a carton of cigs and those probably wouldn't last a month! Best of luck with quitting smoking. I've been smoke free for 5 weeks!!
Oh, and by the way, I hated the gum and decided to go cold turkey, which I thought I could never do (which is why I bought the gum in the first place). I just decided that I was quitting and there wasn't any other options. It's been hard, but if I can do it, so can you!! Good luck again!

As long as you aren’t paying more for the patch than you would otherwise be spending on cigarettes, it’s a good deal.
If it costs more, then you have to decide how much it is worth to you to kick the nicotine addiction

I’m sure you’d spend a lot more than $50 on a months supply of Cigarettes. $12.50 per week. I think thats reasonable.
I used to smoke. I read a book called ‘The easy way to stop smoking’ By Allan Carr.
I didn’t stop smoking immediately but did as a direct consequence of reading the book. it cost me about US$10 at the time (13 years ago).
I thought it was very good value for money. If it stops you smoking for 1 week it pays for itself. So far it has lasted about 12 years…..
