How To Quit Smoking

I only smoke weed on wednsday poker nights and I only drink when I'm out at a club on weekends. never efects my work, and I never crave it. I know I'm not addicted. it just seems like I cant be social unless i'm under the influense. I stop drinkin and smikin and its not as much fun. i get bored and I dont socialize. I never pay for weed its alway given to me and I drink only so that I get the balls to get on the dance floor and talk to people. I never get out of control or act up and offend people. my frriends say that i dont have a problem but I realy want to be able to have fun and socialixe with out having to use drugs or drink alcohol. what do you think?
