i started quitting … i started quitting yesterday.. so far 31 hours no cigarettes… still kicking on… only quitting caus of bad breath i think thats the worst effect lol

I knew someone who smoked three packs a day. People do it. It’s an addiction; it’s not even comparable to masturbation. It’s a terrible addiction that is hard to stop. It’s not a joke, I know all too well of it when I wake up in the middle of the night coughing up phlegm, mucus, and blood mixed together. Smoking kills, I know it, but I have NO desire to quit.

That amount of tar … That amount of tar is nearly as big as the lung itself so if someone like my mum, that’s been smoking for 20-30 years, why hasn’t it made her explode with tar lol? i know it isn’t funny, but that’s an exageration with the tar thing
but if people smoke … but if people smoke they wont be healthy enough to defend the country. THey should still issue a warning about the threat war has on you’re health. And i also think you are being dumbed down a little as to think the military makes us any safer. THere isnt any possible danger great enough to need a military in nature. The idea of a military isnt to defend a country its just to use people and control them. the government leaders will just go in their bunkers and leave the rest too rot

why dont the … why dont the government make educational videos about the effects of going to war with the military and the damage that can do you. THey dont do they. ITs ok for them to send you to you’re death in afghanistan or iraq though. THey should show the physical effects of being shot with an ak47 or losing both eyes and the emotional shcok you exerience upon trauma occuring. Just imagine the level emotional of shock and panic you would go through having just lost both eyes
